The Hit of the Season – Bags with Metal
Fashion-designers are seriously carried away by metal decoration, and made this trend one of the most general direction of the accessories fashion. Bags and belts, abundantly decorated with metal nail, can easily become the hits of coming autumn.
YSL, Prada, Burberry, Loewe – this is by no means the complete list of fashionable brands, presenting designer handbags and rivets made of metal in the new season.
This trend is, undoubtedly, the heritage of 1980s which already several seasons without a break do not come down of the worlds podiums. This time the designers decided to play up the rough rock style.
Miucha Prada in the Miu Miu collection decorated the simple shapes on the bags with “rattling” mixture of nails and rivets of different gauges, geometrical shapes and colors. The vertical rows of golden and silver nails look very relevant on the neutral coffee color background.
The bag of the new YSL collection is decorated with “Y” letter gathered from same shape nails. This kind of metallic decoration by YSL looks bohemian and very elegant. And even the black color of the bag does not get associated with rough rock style.
The Burberry designers couldn’t resist the new trend, ether. The metal against the Burberry check looks very unrespectable. Lines of round golden nails decorated the elegant classical shape.
