Juliet Bag by Kooba
Kooba brand style always had practical, simple, and original forms and the decoration is set to minimum. The same can be said about the new bag Juliet of the fall-winter collection 2009/10.
Bag with a romantic name “Juliet” has a very simple and concise form, decorated with symmetrical pleats and trim decorative strap.
This is a bag-hobo with a convenient handle, allowing it to wear on a shoulder. The bag has a capacious size and a soft form. But apart from practical qualities, Juliet bag has original design that distinguishes it from other bags-sacks.
First characteristics is an interesting arrangement of the folds . As a part of a décor of a front surface of the bag, they gradually move into the addition to the detail of handles.
It has metal buckles, which are threaded through a leather strap. By the way, it can be tied in different ways, but if desired, can be changed to a silk handkerchief, that would also look original and unusual.
Bag is made of soft goat skin and is represented in a single color sample of black .
This model reminded me of the bags by Alexander Wang of this season, he also has similar bags, bags made from leather, but with a more “rigorous” design.
