Icare Bag: A Trip to the Moon with Louis Vuitton
Louis Vuitton brand launched a new large advertising company. The creators of the fashionable accessories decided to dedicate it to the 40th anniversary from the moment of Moon conquest by people. Buzz Aldrin, Jim Lovell, Sally Ride stand in splendor on the new advertising poster. Now they will be the key figures of the Louis Vuitton brand.
Buzz Aldrin became the second person, to set his foot on the Moon surface. Jim Lovell was the captain of the ill-fated mission of Apollo 13 in 1970, which burst in successful landing on the surface of the Earth, to the surprise of millions of people. And Sally Ride became the first American who set for the flight to the Moon in 1983.
This new visualization belongs to the photographer, Anni Leibovits. The shooting took place on the Plato of California desert, where, as it is known, the Moon light is the brightest in a clear night.

Besides the three heroes of the new advertising company the Louis Vuitton bag named Icare (a symbolic name, by the way) is shown on the billboard. It has become a hint at the mythological hero, who also dreams of getting into the cosmic space.

The slogan of the advertising poster says “Several trips will change the humanity forever”. These words were said by the first “Moon” man Nill Armstrong in 1969. A new site was started up where the famous astronauts share their recollections about the flight to the Moon.
