In April this year Italy was struck by a terrible natural disaster: a major earthquake struck the mountainous Abruzzo and the town L’Akila was the epicenter. As a result, more than 300 people were killed, 1000 wounded and more than 65 thousand people were left without roofs over their heads. Some of the victims of the earthquake are still are living in tent camps, organized by their government.

All collected funds from the sale of clothing, footwear and accessories in the boutique of Salvatore Ferragamo go to Relief and Recovery Fund to aid victims of the earthquake.
