Bags Chloe, Fall-Winter 2009/10

New Creative Director of Chloe Hannah MacGibbon designed a very successful collection for the next season, which is highly appreciated by fashion critics. Inspired by illustrations by Antonio Lopez, she plunged into a world of warm colors and soft tones. Huge bags of new collections harmoniously fit into the overall color palette of vintage dresses in the spirit of the early 80-ies.

The first thing that attracts attention from the bags from this collection is their size. They are either very large or very small with the size of a woman’s palm.
XXL size bags have a very simple rectangular shape. Faces of the bags are decorated with a huge front flap pockets, made of a different skin textures.

The collection includes bags from leather ostrich, unobtrusively decorated with gold color metal fittings.
On the other hand small clutches are distinguished with solid finishing – large bunches of textiles with bright gold chains, gold piping and shiny clasps. Very unexpectedly, such brushes are made of cloth in the peas, contrasting with the overall color of bag.
The new collection also presents already familiar to past impressions Paraty and Sally bags. These updated versions of well-known models of bags, despite everything in a short time become real hits.
One of the versions of Paraty is made of python skin noble shades of gray.

Nice writing style. I look forward to reading more in the future.
